Your birthday offer will be available in your membership area from the day of your birthday for 30 days. The membership area is accessed through your online account. To receive the birthday offer, you must share your date of birth with us; you can update this information in your online account. Please keep in mind when you first sign up or change your date of birth, it can take up to 12 hours for your offer to show up in your Member Area. Additionally, if you are signed up for Sports Direct marketing emails, you will be reminded of your birthday offer via email. You can sign up for emails and update your email communication preferences through your online account as well.

You will be automatically entered into the monthly prize draw if you have completed a transaction in-store or online during the promotional period of the prize draw. All transactions must be tracked, either in-store using your Member Pass or while logged in to your account online or via the app. All tracked transactions count as entries into the prize draw, with each transaction providing one entry per day (e.g., 2 transactions = 2 entries). Prize draw winners will be selected on the 1st of Monday every month and the Membership Team will communicate with the winners via email within 7 days after this date.

To redeem free access to the Everlast Gyms app, visit your membership area, navigate to the Everlast Gyms app benefit, then follow the link to create an account. Once you've created an account you can go ahead and download the Everlast Gyms app and sign in with the account you just created. This offer is available for all members and can be used one time only. Members will have access to the Everlast Gym app for 12 months from the date of account creation.

Show your Member Pass which can be found under My Profile section along with a Photo ID to a staff member at one of our gyms, who will apply the discount for you. This benefit is available on an annual Champion membership only and available for both new and existing members of the Everlast Gyms, 12 months from the date of activation. Members will receive £60 off across the year (£5 off every month).

Each offer has its own Terms and exclusions which can be found here. For each transaction, you can only use one offer and the best offer will always automatically apply.

When you have multiple offers active on your account, the best offer will be automatically applied at online or in-store checkout. Once you have activated an offer, you won't be able to deactivate it.
